This is the most accurate fictional representation of plasma being used in a weapon I've ever seen. Plasma is super-heated, ionized gas, and in this video, it certainly looked like a form of gas, and it certainly looked very hot, rather than the liquid-like plasma seen in many video games. Either you guys have done some research, or you just happened to guess what plasma is. I hope it's the former.
