Hi, thanks a lot for your very nice presentation. I worked on a similar topic several years ago. The big challenge is to show that the observed increase in light absorption (here of the whole system) actually occurs within the organic material and not mostly within the nanoparticles themselves. It is well kwown that nanoparicles strongly absorb light, especially at the plasmonic resonnance. This phenomenon cannot be excluded in this experiment. Perhaps Raman measurements would give a hint...? The enhanced photocurrent here unfortunately most probably comes from the fact the solar cell with particles is shunted (=destroyed), showing the typical linear shape. You could probably try EQE measurements? 😊 Thanks a lot and good life to plasmonics!!

Nice presentation. I liked the plasmonic explanation. From what I can see in the J-V plot, although the J_sc has been improved significantly, the V_oc has been dropped, and the fill factor is also reduced. Maybe the efficiency of OPV has also been reduced. Do you have an explanation of this?
