Plastering work : (methodology of plastering Available in description)

#Tools Used for plastering work:
1. metalic right angle.
2.measuring tape.
3. straight edge 600 - 2000 mm spirit level.
4. line Dori.
5. Mixing Tray.
6. GI mesh role 20 gauge.
7. Cebex 112 from fosroc chemical.
8. measuring jar, trowel, water.
specification:
providing internal plastering 12 mm thick with cement sand mortar 1:6 over masonry Wall.
and cement sand mortar Mix 1:4 over RCC structure like column beam ceiling soffit etc. to be done.
{Note:
for External plastering providing (12 mm 1st layer + 8 mm 2nd layer = 20 mm overall thickness.)
cement sand mortar ratio 1:4 mix for all.
remaining every process are Same as given below.}
methodology for internal plastering work :
1. measuring box 35 litre capacity to be Used.
2. any efflorescence and coarse material are removed.
3. ensure plastering Wall to be in wet condition before starting plastering work.
4. Hacking mark shall be done to the RCC surface around 50 to 60 no.s / sq. ft. to hold plastering intact.
5. expanded plastering mesh ( 0.35 mm thick ) of 200 mm shall be fixed between Or over the junction of masonry Wall Or RCC surface.
6. Level ( bull marking) shall be marked to ensure line and level during plastering.
7. proper dry mix of cement and sand is done on impervious tray.
8. the construction joint is left, will be straight horizontal as well as vertical with chamfered edge.
9. proper supervision to be done for line , level And plumb.
10. after plastering work curing to be done for 7 days.
Cebex 112 shall be used 150 ml per 50 kg of cement.
