I’ve been building plastic injection molding for over 30 years. I started out as a polisher and bench hand but now we do everything from start to finish. It’s nice to have an overhead double crane and horses makes it a lot easier pulling the ejection off and putting it back on, when the tool is laying flat and upside down. and if you have to do any benching on the part, it’s nice to be able to set up on horses or blocks. But if that’s all you have, that’s definitely some nice work.

This is the most professional video of mould maintenance I've seen on you tube. Your bench is perfect your shop is emaculaye all risks of mould positioning were considered, you used all the correct soft tooling for part release. Excellent job. You'd be amazed how many videos from China, India show a heavy handed and uncaring nature towards tooling are being used as a "tutorial"
