Im new to plasticity and yesterday it took me two hours to figure out how to do similar holes. I used a curve array and wanted to project them on the mesh which didnzwork too well since ot took its sweet sweet time to do the projection. But this seems a little easier xD

I don't know that, only worked in Blender, Fusion, Rhino, Moi3D, and Autocad. But I will learn!

Thanks for sharing! Is there a way to add bevels to all the holes without selecting all the holes manually?

Yes, look at the object from the front and drag a square, selecting only the holes. Or you can select the object with 4 and then press Ctrl + 2, and all the edges will be selected. Now, you need to hold Ctrl and drag across the top and bottom circles from the cylinder. I hope it helps

The best way to do it is CLIP MAP. Practically nobody does that (for model weigh reason)

What is clip map? Is it a UV map with black or white holes used as a mask?

Not sure how it compares to real geometry. Clip maps are good for optimization, like for videogames. But for viz and print, I think real geometry is preferable
