This year is the year.... I am going to log my stats now, do the Starch Solution for 6 month without checking what is going on, just do it, eat healthy, drink enough water and my beloved green tea, sleep well, go back to meditation, workout as I used to, all step by step, slowly and gently, and after 6 months check my progress. Because I no longer want to focus on the weight, I am turning 40 in July, we are adopting a baba soon and I want to be healthy, strong, fit mama for this gorgeous bundle of joy as well as live for longer, much longer, for my family.

Thank you thank you Kiki. I am 75, on NO meds other than for vertigo occasionally. From Nov 7th to December 17 2021 I lost 12 pounds. Cholesterol was normal, sugars normal B12 normal, in fact all bloodwork normal. Then we got locked down again here in Ontario and I deviated from the starch solution over Christmas. It didn't take long for me to gain a couple of pounds, but today is the day I straighten myself up and here you are on my you tube to help me again. I have your book, so no excuse, but i am a visual learner and that's what your videos give me. I cant thank you enough. Blessings to you and your family from North bay Ontario.

As a vegan mama who breastfed my son for 3 years, I would say to avoid worrying about weight loss for awhile. Your focus should be on eating lots of whole foods making sure to eat a lot of calories to establish a really good supply. Hi, Kiki, I have been watching you for a while as you have built your channel. You are beautiful and have a beautiful family. I can see that eating a low, or no, fat diet devoid of animal products has helped you lose weight. It is easy to see why you would conclude that you should remain on this diet since it appears to have benefitted you so much. But please give it more thought. A vegan diet is a cleansing diet. It can definitely help you lose weight, but eventually the deficiencies creep up on you. Please take a look at the channel 'Vegan Deterioration.' While she is not always right, she shows many undeniable examples of the damage long term veganism does to people. It is not animal fat (in the right amounts) in itself that causes weight gain, it is refined and alterated food. A healthy amount of fat is needed for every function of the body, as well as beauty. Please don't let your beauty be sacrificed. Because some is good, doesn't mean more is better.
@EstellaLynn2 жыл бұрын
Animal fats and cholesterol ended up leading to me having my gallbladder removed and nearly dieing in my 20s. And I ate very little animal products compared to the average person. No amount is a healthy amount. Switching to a vegan diet literally saved me from needing emergency surgery. It reversed my inflammation so rapidly, I was able to get a scheduled and less invasive operation. It stopped me from having gallbladder attacks and throwing up daily in a matter of a few DAYS. It's the ONLY diet that cures and reverses heart disease and diabetes. I'm sorry, but your channel you're watching is giving you 💩 information.
