Hi, I have some questions to the this dashboard not working very consistent. Could you please explain why the totals I calculate do not match with the amount of roles that appear in table sys_user_has_role (after creating the right filter - proposed in a Hi ticket). It also shows users having an empty login timestamp, or there is no existing application to certain roles in table license_role.list. Is there an option to clarify a few questions with you Adam? As I could not find the right persons to anawer them. Thank you.

Is it possible to load a mock subscription in the Personal Developer Instance?

Unfortunately not. But you can reach out to Support to see your subscriptions in a sub-prod instance for development and testing. -LH

unable to find the License_Details table in my instance?

There is not a module for the license_details table. You can get to it via the Subscription Management Overview dashboard or by entering "license_details.list" in the navigator. If it is still not there, please put in a case with Support.
