Looks good. I am willing to try cooking these. A NOTE I make pork pies, I use the Texas muffin tins. The 6 per tray, perfect size for a meal with vegetables. For easy making I bring the sides up higher, then place in the cap, roll edge to seal. Then useing a round apple corer I cut a hole in the middle. I plan to cook a Beer can chicken soon, so will have some roasted chicken to use up. Here's hoping all go well. CHEERS TO ALL. From Chch, New Zealand.
