Air Supply is special to me as well. It was the first concert I ever attended and my Dad took me. I was 11, 1982. He has passed now. We sure had fun trying to hit those high notes! I saw them a few years back and they are still amazing! It was a giant sing along and was incredible. Prayers for your sweet momma. ❤

I saw them in concert last year in the Dominican Republic (6/22/2023 in Santo Domingo) and loved it! They were funny, charming, gracious, and Russell can incredibly still hit those high notes. I was amazed and had a great time singing along with so many hit songs.

My thoughts go out to you and your Mum. My Dad is 81 and I drove him to have an operation an hour and a bit away from where we live 2 days ago. We nearly lost him already this year. He has had to put in a good fight to get to where he is. Getting older and watching your dearest become fragile is hard. Look after yourself too. PS I own their Greatest Hits CD, which lead me to your channel. Russell Hitchcock, lead vocalist has a great voice and a huge range. Graham Russell on guitar completes the duo.

First, prayers for your mom. Mine will be 83 in January and it hard adjusting to the changes that come with age. Second, I love Air Supply. One of their albums was the first record I received as a Christmas gift many decades ago. I probably have all of those songs memorized. Third, while I like this song, I have never been a fan of the video. As someone who observed a lot of marital tension between my grandparents and was subject to domestic abuse in my 20s, it is difficult to see it portrayed.
