What Makes PLAVE the Most Successful AI-Group?
As a Marketing graduate myself, I must admit, PLAVE and their company is extremely smart.
PLAVE is so famous that in South Korea last year, they were the third most famous rookie boy groups, surpassing many rookies including HYBE’s BOYNEXTDOOR, and mind you, above them are RIIZE and ZEROBASEONE. PLAVE is not even the first group in Kpop to do the avatar-based concept, and of course, the members are super talented, their music is good, and their choreography looks fun, but you know, talents alone are never enough to make a group that famous.
So, what makes them famous despite nothing seemingly standing out right off the bat? You will have the answer in today’s video and, as I have spent days researching about them, I have also discovered how their success ironically highlights one of the deepest fears of not only Kpop fans but humans in general, so stick around and don’t jump skip.

another thing is that their targeted audience are the weebs and K-pop fanatics, which are known to be very determined in supporting their faves. so with their unique concept, fun livestreams, and candid personalities combined and supported by the two most powerful types of fandom, it's no wonder they really took off.

Let's change the title. They are not AI and a lot of misunderstanding only just because of your title. Even it makes everybody easier to recognize but no. Let's not calling them AI and even calling other group normal human. Plave is human too y'know. They are virtual idol~ Thanks.

Hi, I'm a Korean fan of PLAVE😊 First of all, thank you for explaining various information about PLAVE in detail. Especially, I watched it with interest because the contents were rich enough to investigate the chemistry between the members However, I think I have to be cautious about the expression AI in the title 😢 Of course, the video says that PLAVE is not AI after all, and it is absolutely not a bad thing to compare with other AI groups to explain PLAVE's identity I am well aware of the intention of using the expression AI to familiarize the public with PLAVE through your writings But you know that the most important thing in the media, especially in news stories, is the title There will be many members of the public who do not watch the video until the end and just watch the title, which will result in unnecessary misunderstandings that you do not intend to make and rather undermine the true message you are trying to say in the video Therefore, I recommend changing the title to a more accurate expression such as 'virtual group' or 'weren't you an AI group?' rather than 'AI group' Not only fans but also PLAVE themselves are sensitive to the expression AI 😢 Thank you for reading the long article and I hope you know that using a translator can be a bit unnatural 😅

I wonder how many people started stanning Plave after watching glitch compilations. Because honestly I was skeptical, especially when AI idols just started popping up. When a random glitch video compilation popped up, i started binging it, then I watched Hamin and Yejun's horror gameplay's, and i somehow found myself deep into plave lives. I find that the look of Plave resembles so much of manhwa's characters, which make them more lovable. Love your video, it's a great intro for new fans, or people who are just curious about the boys. 👍

I'm sure they didn't expect people will like them through their glitch, since "glitch" often resembles unperfection, so they tried to hide it and always panicked if there're glitch 🤣 They still try to fix it even now, but I'm glad they know many people like their "unperfection". Noah once states that at first he wanted to give "prince-like" vibe that don't give much expression, but he feel that he can't go all out like his usual self, so he decide to be like what Noah now. And this is what I love about them, they're just being themselves without thinking that idol must be "perfect".

THANK YOU for voicing out our concerns about them being called and accused as AI because THEY AREN'T AI there are real humans with tons of talents and personalities behing the motion capture suits to project them into the avatars we see on the screen. I'm so much grateful because you can see how much effort and love VLAST as the company and the members of PLAVE themselves put into this and that their blood, sweat and tears won't even betray them. This was a really well made video, and it captures a lot of points on why I think PLAVE grew so much, as someone who observes their growth from the beginning and a few days after their debut. Despite the group being categorized as AI by non-fans, the glitches alone show how it kinda breaks that mold especially with the great motion capture they have (not all movements are executed robotically) and the fact they live stream showing signs of human fatigue, voices that changes in tone, and rapping in different styles etc. makes them all the more human in a relatable sense because there are really passionate members behind each persona. Also this part 7:06 I think each members were already given a certain image to portray, I agree with some but as someone who likes manhwa's a lot, they also portray popular male lead troupes which I think captured the attention of manhwa readers like me. Yejun - male lead, the handsome and caring male lead, good boy in all books, he literally is the embodiment of the boy next door, he's the male lead we don't deserve ;w; too good and too goofy Noah - prince male lead, the pretty boy troupe, Howl's reincarnation lol, the elegant and classy guy who smells rich XD (in reality he likes having muscles and protein XD) Bamby - cute and surprisingly the boyish male lead who is both playful and a rebel (you'd think this would be Eunho but Bamby takes the cake) in a way. Fits the tech and hacker type aesthetics. Eunho - cold and bad boy in appearance but is actually the soft-hearted and romantic male lead (husky type of dude ;w;). Playful and also the type to look out for you. Hamin - mysterious black haired manhwa guy troupe we all love, he looks like he has a past he wants to hide lol, the younger guy who falls for you, the protagonist of every manhwa you've read at this point. Notice how despite having such images, they already kinda break them (in a good way) where they don't fit the exact troupe and can be chaotic not really minding the images we think about them. And in a sense, I think that also makes great fan art material because their personas are there for us to make content for them and because they have avatars, I don't really think this harms the real person behind each of the members. (Still do it respectfully or in a way that won't make the members uncomfortable,) It also is one way to spread the beautiful modeling of their characters and I really appreciate all the design aesthetics placed into making them.

Woah!!! This is such an insightful and comprehensive add-in to the discussion and really, I do highly regard you viewing the character-building from as many angles as possible to have this comprehensive comment. This is also exactly what I have been looking for in a comment, respectful and valuable 💙 Now that you've talked about it from the pov of a manhwa reader, it comes clearer to how intelligent VLAST is to always try to and obviously succeed in portraying the best of both worlds, building a character in one way then breaking it in another so that fans, with such a sharp wit and rich imagination like you, can produce more fan work. I believe this would also help with increasing the reputation of PLAVE. Overall, this combo, you, your comment, PLLI and of course, PLLI, brilliant!

First, thank you for the video; it was really good and informative. I understand why you used AI for the title; it's good marketing. I completely agree with you about the reasons for Plave's fame, and it resonates with my journey with them. The glitch was the first thing that really drew me in. In conclusion, they are truly entertaining for me. I know other groups are entertaining too, but what other group can do a glitch like Plave? They are funny, unique, and make me wonder about them. Secondly, I'm really grateful that they genuinely care about their fans, both Plave and Vlast. They go live every week, interact with fans in the fan cafe, weverse, bubble, and do radio shows, which really makes fans feel loved by them. It's also impressive how the agency always gives their best with their tech for Plave and Plli (their fandom name). The interaction between Dduks (Vlast employees) and Plave is my fav too; it feels like a family. Lastly, they are very talented. You might wonder why this reason is last, but as someone who follows the world of kpop, I have seen many talented groups, and Plave is not the first. If it were just about talent and having good songs, other groups are just as good. However, what makes Plave more special is their involvement in the production of every work they do. I know, other idols in gen2-4 era do this too, but it gives them more value in the gen5 era. Because of this, I am increasingly confident in supporting them. In conclusion, the reasons they are so famous include being very entertaining, having good interaction between Plave, Vlast, and Plli, being talented, and having good songs. Thank you and great video.

Aww thxoxo for this in-depth comment and really, you have brought up so many points in this comment alone, and even adding in more information about the specific titles of people behind the scene, that it shows how you truly stick around for the video, so also thxoxo a lot for that ♥️ Firstly, I do appreciate the marketing because there are polarized comments about this and you've helped me believe in my way a lot more. Secondly, indeed the way VLAST, PLAVE, and Dduks care about fans are top-notch and their case is also the epitome of how hard and genuine work always pays off. Thirdly, it's really cool of you, seemingly also a PLLI, still takes a objective pov when talking about the success of PLAVE. Indeed they are talented, and such talents would be the cornerstone of their long-term successes, but it is also their complementary qualities that take them where they are today, so, let's believe in PLAVE and wish them all the best 🤍

I have a question. Why on earth did you promote a "New Era" of your channel with phrases like "No more sensationalism" if you will literally use a thumbnail and title just as sensationalist as 99% of sensationalist channels or articles talking about PLAVE? 😭 Even if you did your job well in research-which I appreciate a lot- I can't help but feel uncomfortable bc this isn't the first time you've done it. 2:03 "it's just easier for people to know what I'm talking about" ??? I'm very sorry but all you are doing is jumping on the same bandwagon of misinformation and normalizing it. I promise you could have said you were doing it for clickbait and it wouldn't have bothered me as much. I know there are a lot of stupid people in this world, but you have a good news platform, you CAN try to educate the people who aren't stupid, who are generally the ones interested in these videos. You cannot use "A.I." simply as a nickname, a type of classification or something like that. It's the same logic used by people who call anyone with East Asian features "Chinese" just because "it's easier that way." Do you see how wrong that sounds? That's not how things work when you're a news channel. If you don't want to be a news channel, just change the purpose of your channel. The term AI more than an insult to PLAVE-they are already used to that atp-, it's mainly an insult to the art of the designers who work with them. You know that many people who have no interest in watching your video and don't know about PLAVE will be left with the idea they aren't real people or that the avatars and environments weren't designed by a whole team of equally real people.. You should've used the term "virtual idols" or "virtuality". I don't know. *You know you can be more creative than the haters* . Personally, I can't help but immediately lose interest and respect when I come across a video that makes misleading thumbnails/titles on purpose, knowing that I've come across so many channels that make equally tempting thumbnails but without using wrong information. I even have more respect for those who are honest and admit to putting incorrect information in their thumbnails to create click bait. I can clearly see your background in marketing.. But since I do at least see interest in doing deep research for every video, I would also suggest some learning in conveying authenticity in your communication. The rest of the video is great and I can see the work behind it but if you really want your viewers to see you as a genuinely non-sensational channel and clear your bad reputation, you could start by stopping using the same sensationalist strategies that don't differentiate you from the other channels. Or, just eliminate that goal and accept your destiny as a sensationalist channel. Whatever you want. Just a little constructive criticism. Sorry for the long ass comment. PS: Can someone explain to me wth the term “Cha Eunwoo boy" even means and why it is used to describe Eunho's avatar? 🥲I'm Aroha and Plli and istg I can't see the correlation lmao

Hi, thanks for tuning into the video and making such a thoughtful comment! The reason I put AI there with PLAVE is that it is the term most familiar and could be read in seconds to people, thus increasing the interest. The more people click, the more my video can help spread correct information about PLAVE. Virtual idols are a good term, but usually too long to capture immediate attention. Also, I have clearly stated the purpose of using the word AI, and put lots of efforts into explaining the whole concept of PLAVE, so I do not see why putting AI there, for the sake of the masses’s familiarity, would be such a big deal. Thanks for bringing up your opinion, again. But I do not see why that would overshadow the all the details in this informational video, which is also authentic, and would distort my channel’s direction as “non sensational” 😁
@iwjmp
@iwjmp 4 ай бұрын
@@BeBossTV So it was, indeed, click bait. That's okay. You can do whatever you want with your channel. But why not be consistent? You can't say you're not a sensationalist channel now and use clickbait AT THE SAME TIME. It's literally wrong by definition. Clickbait *IS* a sensationalist strategy. Especially if you create it with misinformation. There are no opinions on that. It just is. And of course it will distort your channel’s "direction". You do realize thumbnails and titles also count as your channel's content, right? Literally the first impression someone has of your channel is through thumbnails and titles. If the goal is so difficult for you to achieve without using misleading clickbaits, then just assume it. Don't lie in your videos. Why you're only now confirming the real reason, but when you made the video you didn't want to mention it and used such a contrived and unprofessional excuse instead. I can only assume that either you're trying to protect a facade, or you're just not aiming for professionalism with this channel. If you are tho, have respect for your goal. Also, you're talking as if the word "virtual" takes 10 seconds to read😭No term is too long to capture attention as long as you know how to sell it. The power of using the term “AI” in this video has little to do with its length or even how familiar the masses are with it, and you know this well because you mentioned it in the video. It's because it's a term that generates controversy. It has to do with the stigma around it and-in this case- the stigmatization of PLAVE by being associated with it, a term that has *nothing* to do with them. By using it you're just attracting fans, the more informed ppl, rather than non-fans, who know less about the group. The comment section is literally just PLLIs. Anyway, thanks for the reply but your explanation still lacks strength and genuineness. You make it sound like you did it for the group's sake and you keep talking about the people who watch your video, while I'm talking about the *people who don't watch it and only see the thumbnail and title* , who are, logically, more in number. The efforts you put into a good informative video, if we look at it coldly, go to waste and don't really help in spreading correct information about PLAVE. They would if you write a title and create a thumbnail with the goal of "helping" in mind, instead of prioritizing clicks. The least you can do is add a question mark to them if you're feeling too lazy..
@BeBossTV
@BeBossTV 4 ай бұрын
@@iwjmp Hello again, I truly appreciate the depth of your engagement with this discussion, including your thorough exploration of the comment section. This level of dedication is commendable and contributes meaningfully to the conversation. Regarding the term 'clickbait', it's a nuanced topic. Merriam-Webster defines it as 'something designed to make readers want to click on a hyperlink especially when the link leads to content of dubious value or interest'. My intention is not to deceive but to attract viewers to content that is informative and valuable. The title and thumbnail are the gateways to the content; they are crafted to draw attention in a competitive digital space. Once viewers engage with the video, they find a well-researched and informative piece that contributes positively to their understanding of PLAVE and virtual idols. I'd like to point out that while many commenters may indeed be fans (PLLI), this doesn't necessarily reflect the entirety of the audience. There's a possibility that non-fans are watching and gaining interest in PLAVE through the video, even if they don't leave a comment. It's important to consider that viewer engagement varies, and not everyone chooses to comment, especially those who are just beginning to explore a new interest. Regarding the use of 'AI' in the title, there's more to this choice than meets the eye. From a technical standpoint, 'AI' is more effective for search engine optimization (SEO) on KZbin, which, as a platform, functions as a search engine. The choice of words in titles and descriptions greatly influences the discoverability of content. My goal is to reach as broad an audience as possible to spread accurate and valuable information about PLAVE. The term 'AI', while concise, also aligns with these SEO strategies. I assure you that there was no intention of deceit in my video, and I have not confirmed anything beyond what was already stated. The use of 'AI' was a strategic decision to enhance visibility and engagement, and this was mentioned in the video. Your point about the impact of thumbnails and titles on the perceived value of research is thought-provoking. While perceptions of sufficiency and depth in research are subjective, I take your feedback seriously. It encourages me to delve even deeper into my research and presentation of topics like PLAVE in the future.

And their hunger to show their potential and talents are screaming to the world that they should be cherished and cheered because of their personalities and talents come out together. When they debuted, I actually heard about them but decided not to check them out since it was kinda weird to see AI idols to dance and sing. But 3 days ago, KZbin magically advertised to me a video of them dissing each other in a livestream and it was hilarious! So I decided to check their latest music, then guess, I BOUGHT THE SONG WAY 4 LUV! IT WAS SO GOOOOOOODDDDDD!!! IT IS BETTER THAN ANY KPOP BG'S SONGS THESE DAYS! IMMA SUPPORT THEM FROM NOW ON! 😅🎉

The video is very informative and obviously done a research well about PLAVE. I'm so annoyed to some people who quickly assumed they're AI, not bothering to think, or use their common sense, and do a quick search about them. Like seriously, even the first time I watched them I could already tell that they're not some robots. Just based from how noisy, silly, wild, and the way they move and speak is enough for me to tell it's real people behind. I've never been deeply into other group aside BTS, BTS is forever to me and been an A.R.M.Y since 2014. And now, I have another group that captivated me. Another talented and has great personalities (not saying others are not), its just that they become fond to me for some reason. BTS 💜 and PLAVE has my heart 💙💜💗❤🖤

ngl i literally wanted to get to know them bc of their glitches at first. 😭i think it has not even been a week but I'm totally down to stan them. I usually lose the interest for a group if a one song of em doesn't hit me, but i have to say that Plave's songs are top notch and the fact that all of the song writing, composing and even choreographing are done by them make me wanna stan em more. And I love their humor and dynamics. I'm still in the begining of stanning em. can't wait to know em more. Thank u for this video. People must know that there are 5 amazing artists who are working hard for their fans behind these avatars... plus the human psychology part is so correct cuz those a.i groups scare the shi*t out of me

one thing to note from business perspective is, willian (vlast ceo) worked at mbc for like 19/20 years in the video art department before making vlast. i imagine he'd be in a pretty high position. and from that job he probably get connections here and there and used that connection to grow plave. aside from william, the members also have connections with certain people in certain field, i won't dive deep into this bc i want to respect their privacy but some of the producers helping to make plave song are friends of producer line (yejun, noah, eunho).

First of all, thank you for such a well made video! I understand your intention using “AI” for the title, both from reading the comments and from the video and don’t blame you for doing so. Yet, as a Plli I also understand why many of us get triggered by the tittle a little bit lol. The phrase “NOT AI!” almost becomes a inside meme and a pet peeve at this point because we’ve been explaining it way too many times to people. My opinion though is, why couldn’t we still use the term “AI” but with a question mark? I think a question is even more attractive to people then a statement and also get you out of the trouble of being accused for “calling them AI” or “spreading misinformation”. Maybe just name the title the same as 2:09 but include something along the line of “AI?” In the thumbnail would be better? What do you think?

Just saying though: MAVE also uses real humans behind their avatars. And, I mean, I guess you can attribute K/DA's success to K-Virtual Idols, but, Vocaloids have long existed, even if underground. Yes, there are Korean Vocaloids and while yes, Vocaloids are more voice synthesizers, they do have an image, and they do concerts too. Also, MAVE's sister is Marvel Superhero Luna Snow.

to be honest i am already a huge anime fan, a huge kpop fan and a huge vtuber fan so PLAVE is literally the best thing that happened in this world for me because it LITERALLY englobes everything i love. i heard about them when they debuted and i absolutely LOVED their music because it's both refreshing and nostalgic (it remembers me of when i started to listen to kpop 10 years ago, the sound is very similar and it's perfect for me as i don't like how kpop is nowadays with the youngest groups cause they follow tiktok trends more than anything. well, except New Jeans, i love their music).

Im not into ai idols stuff. I first listened to mave of course, but i didn't really feel any connection when i checked them out the first timel..like their singing voice is all there is but when I checked plave, i thought about it the same way... i can definitely see a difference in the animation style between these 2, but that wasn't what got me hooked to plave, lol. I definitely enjoy their contents, mostly their livestreams...the glitching and their personality/ character only makes it better, and of course, their songs and talent add to it. I love the interaction in real time. It gets me connected with them and makes the charracter/avatar?! feel real rather than just an animated mv or animated dance video and the vocals of singing being behind the mv feeling like the only thing that's real) and therefore feeling a lack of connection with the avatar/member of the group. Thats why plave is kinna special in terms of personal comparisons. Nonhate to mave, they're super talented too and has amazing songs, but i can definitely see these differences that contributed to how im stanning plave. Anyway Han noah i love you 💜🤣

KZbin's recommendation actually brought me to Plave when they first released '6th Summer' MV. All i was thinking was "oohh wow! They sound good!" A little browsing on the comment section followed by a like on the video, maybe at this time I even just subscribe for a 'just cause'. Then youtube started giving me more videos about them. It's the 'iconic moments' videos that jump-started it all, especially how Yejun's reaction to the spoilers and the dynamic duo guilty cover at the end of the video. Yejun's singing voice at the start... then the glitching moments from the shorts I saw during sick days made me laugh despite feeling so bad. The helpful guide to Plave... then everything just becomes a rabbit hole of contents that I had fun watching. I do not have the same fears as mentioned about KPOP AI or anything nor did I care about the shipping. In the end, it's purely the music and the fun interactions between the members that made me a PLLI.

Also, it's good that you find AI something positive because true, as long as we humans can make good use of them, our life will be better. And it's also good that you see the light hearted, bright side of the shipping culture since this is, like you said, supposed to be fun ✨

well i'm still discovering about "AI groups" but if i had to guess, i think many factors comes into place of their sucesss, mainly speaking, their visuals, maybe because each members have prominent stories to them (from what i am seeing from ya video anyway), perhaps it's because of the fact that real people are playing them live, so that it doesn't feel like people are only talking to virtual characters, but real people with real lives, these are some of my theories

Hello!! 😅 I am super late to this video BUT I also only recently discovered them (I was falling off kpop for a while since 2019?2020? Era) I was really judgemental about this whole “AI” thing too so I didn’t even check them out 😂 but out of curiosity I saw some famous Korean KZbin react to them and I really didn’t expect them to be so.. good?! So I am now following them for a couple of weeks 😊 I really loved this video!! I hope it gets more and more exposure. I notice that while they are super popular in Korea atm (as we can see from 90% of comments on their MVs) they really lack international fans? Like quite shockingly 👀.. I am wondering if you know why that is? The thing about their huge amount of content.. I AGREE.. it is really important for fan interactions! They really remind me of BTS? I remember back when I was getting into BTS around 2014/15 thinking they had so much content online.. which made their fans feels super attached(?) to them. Oh ofc they are super duper talented too! Thank you for researching about them!! ❤❤❤

It's not just the pairing of the bamby and eunho, it's the setting that they live in the same world and in the same neighborhood. plave has its own universe and the story of the music video. AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE TRUE LMAO You did a good job with the title! I know that there might be some fans who wouldn't like your title being like that, and it's understandable. But if you put more thoughts into it, it's the most fitting title if you want more people to click on this video, both fans and haters alike. I mean on a side note, strategically speaking, you did a good move there hahaha. Thank you for putting your concern about them and for your effort to let more people know them better. They're just starting. But since the fandom itself compose of weebs and K-pop fanatics (as what the top comment said), it's bound to attract more and more audience at some point. Maybe there's still some that's a bit sceptical for now, but like what they've said in their song 'Virtual Idol'; "Don't deny it, you know that I'm inside of your head. You'll end up asking our names and became a fan." Hahahahaha Once again, thank you for your hard work, may you have a good day! 💙💜💗❤️🖤

I don't think I'll get the answer correct, but here's what got me into them: I came across them as a skeptic, cuz I had previously taken interest in Superkind, but the awkwardness and lack of interaction between the members made me feel strange. I couldn't connect. But I watched this one compilation of their avatars glitching and I lost it, the video was so funny xD And the way they deal with it is so funny too. It was a rabbithole from there. Glitches, lore, the funny live streams, the nonsensical debates, the lack of filters, and then the thing that really made me stay for them as a group rather than just entertainers was seeing their talent cuz damn. These boys are amazing in their specialties. So yeah. I'm a PLLI now.

When I read the title, I clicked the video immediately and was about to comment a long paragraph of why they are not AI, only to find out that it wasn't like anything I thought it would be. But, here I am, your strategy is working lol Anyway, thank you so much for promoting them! I'm glad you made a research about them first. I have came across a countless of ignorant content creator who try to spread hate on PLAVE without a prior research or knowledge of what they were trying to present. The ironic one is the content creator who claimed themselves as a student, but instead of trying to gain more knowledge and searching for why PLAVE are getting more attention, they ridiculed them. I will not mention who they are, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. To be honest, It doesn't have to be PLAVE, it could be anyone or anything. RESEARCH is a MUST, especially if you want to convince people to check on something, like something or hate something. You can't just say "I hate purple, so you have to hate purple too" and expect everyone to follow you. No, things don't work like that. So thank you again for doing a research first. It might not be much for you, but I really appreciate a content creator such as yourself. I wish you a very good day ❤

1. Vtubers who stream frequently, I get the best of the vtube, faming and kpop world,it's like the ebst combination ever 2. A lot of webtoon and anime lovers would be interested in them, so many fans love the fact that they are not real humans, the reasons why we love anime characters more than real life actors or celebrities 3. Plave doesn't have to deal with most human idol problems like dating, rumor, past lives, so much more, place will be able to stay safe and trouble-free because of their completely online based peraona while keeping their real lives protected that makes the fans feel safer and less worried as well. 4. The fandom is well fed, with all the contents, covers and streams. 5. Fans can engage in fanart way more than real human groups, fanarts are a big thing that lees a fandom running 6. The significantly less interaction with other groups is refreshing, they don't have to deal with maintaining relationship with other groups and stuff, just takes down so much hassle and just overall cuts down so much toxicity and complexity that kpop world has.

I got into Plave before they're debut. Through their tiktoks due to my fyp being about vtubers and debut teasers were being released at the time. Then, due to the shared algorithm, I saw Yejun's pre-debut live stream on KZbin. At first, I thought they were a new vtuber streaming group, not virtual K-pop idols. I know that virtual idols are not necessarily new to K-pop as SeeU was the first vocaliod to perform on stage in Korea. This concept wasn't anything new to me as a listener of vocaliod or faceless singers like Ado.

i'm really done with someone called Vtubers/Virtual idol with AI, calling an Art with AI really disrespect the artist behind, the designer, the manhwa character artist, they work hard to make the character, making the musics and artistically work, also comparing Plave with other idols, downgrade other idols? come on, you said that you do the research? you don't even know Isegye Idol exist they're also korean virtual girlgroup and their song topped 6th on melon and their fans are also big, they debuted a year ago.. you researched well but still calling them AI and make others think that's okay that called them AI, PLAVE's members themselves many times said on live streams that "We Are not AI" you know

Thank you for tuning into the video and more importantly, providing so much more helpful information about successful virtual idols like Isekye 🤍 I have also never called PLAVE "AI" nor brought down other acts just to make PLAVE important. Hopefully you can check out the video again and get the message I really tried to send across 🤍

@@BeBossTV okay, you keep saying AI than saying virtual like a whole video and you keep talking about the hybe boys next door why mention them atp, you can just saying other idols without mention idol group's name tho this is just a criticism comment and opinion, hope you can make another content without hurting their fans or other fans

@@syuu-to3crThank you for your respectful and critical comment! In the video, I have only emphasized the word AI in the very last section where the masses are fairly scared by this new technology. Also, this is a commentary type of video so that's why I bring solid examples to clarify a point. However, I also made sure to never portray anyone in a bad light besides pointing out the objective data. Again, thank you for this comment and once again reminding how it's best to remain objective and respectful when making commentary videos about anyone!

What's the difference between an idol behind an avatar and an idol behind silicone implants, face shaving, and bunch of facial filler. At least they're making their own songs, choreographing them, and can sing live. 😶

Girl they aren't AI. AI means artificial intelligence. Virtual is the right term. PLAVE is a virtual boy group with real people who use 3D avatar to hide their identity. I understand the craze about AI rn, but nothing about PLAVE is AI. And they have plenty of staffs behind them, just like regular idols. Even the model they're using are sculpted by real people. Geez.

They are defintely not more famous than boynextdoor. Maybe in statistics in terms of sales yes but boynextdoor are one of the top 3 rookies of 2023

Well. Yes. I agree. But their chart is good than them. You can see &team too as well. I can tell, I was a big fan of Bighit (before hybe). They could be more famous because of their company. But plave is different, they're really famous for an idol that came from a small company. They can compete with those rookie from big group as well. :) Plave, for me, is the same position as ZB1 and Riize. You know zb1 and Riize are rookie monster.
