I say NO. Grille is so good with his accuracy and very decent dpm. The only problem is that eveeyone use grille as a long range shooter. And it can work, but the accuracy is better for quick shots than anything else. Go in 2nd line, wait enemies shoot, and go. This is so simple.

Me personally I never so bad in the grille and I win almost all my battles in the grille, and the grille can make a huge impact in a battle, with its high DPM, accuracy, and mobility, you can easily win games if you’re alone against 3 tanks, and it always depends on how you play the tank

The key of they grille line is don't always snipe, sometimes play second line too.

I think wg should add two mechanics where grille can either be fully invisible or has better on move coz the on move is so bad for the most accurate tank in the game. And the grille should have high alpha lesser dpm gun with mobility .
