Coach Andy Chong has used his playing and coaching experiences to fine tune a program that can help badminton players to reach their full potential. About the coach:
Andy Chong has been playing badminton since he was 11 years old. He has been representing Malaysian badminton since he was 16 years old. In 1983, he was named Malaysian Sportsman of the Year. For over 20 years, Andy won several badminton championships in Asia and throughout the world. He has previously been ranked #1 in the USA in both singles (1991-93) and mixed doubles (1991-2002).
Andy's coaching accomplishments are equally impressive. He has been the Club Professional in numerous top clubs throughout the world.
Chong is one of the few Level 4 High Performance Coaches in the United States. Andy was the USA Badminton National Coach of the Year twice, in 2009 and in 2011. He has led many US Teams in international tournaments. Andy Chong is currently the Owner/President of AC Academy (acacademybadminton.com) and Head Coach at Mill Works and Boston Badminton in Massachusetts.

Sir i want to ask a question is player in the court serve according to you are they fool they also learn these trick so can u tell me if player serve in third court what you will do in that case this service defence is according to uh

This is good stuff. But it's all well and good except for when we get anxious about having to receive a flick serve, and we can't stay close to serve line or having to push forward towards the shuttle. If we wait (not move forward), the shuttle is too low by the time it arrives and that's why people are forced to lift coz it's difficult to push birdie flat cross the net. I guess the only professional and viable solution is to learn to stay at the serve and know how to quickly return a flick serve.

In pro play hardly anyone flicks because of how easily the pro can jump.backwards and insta smash it. I would suggest you practice sticking on the service line and imagine getting flicked and practice junping backwards. That would help u to counter any flicks. If u watch pro play. Everyone stands right up to the line and not afraid to be flicked

This is basic return of serve in doubles.. beginner should know this.. It will help the players to develop next strategy after the shot(predict the opponent next shot is much easier when u know where to return the serve)
