Thank you, Melissa! These are 2 brilliant techniques: letting paint dry before adding the next layer (which you have shown before); using play doh as a stamp. (I laughed when you said you had to return the jar to a neighbor….I have to do the same thing.). Please don’t edit too much…there is something about hearing the sounds and seeing the creative process that makes it seem like I’m in your studio watching (but not in a creepy way). BTW/you are NOT boring. i would like to see a studio tour; creative spaces interest me. UPDATE: Sorry…just noticed this was posted 6 months ago! Duh!

Hi! No, it’s totally fine! I’m so glad you watched! The play-doh is a neat trick! Honestly, I don’t use it much, at least I haven’t yet, but it was such a different idea, I had to try it!

How do you get the paint to dry on the glossy parchment paper?
@ArtworkByMelissaReed Жыл бұрын
Hi! The acrylic does dry on the glossy paper, it just takes a little more time. If you would like to speed it up, you can use a hairdryer on a low setting. That will typically make it go a bit faster! Thank you for checking out my channel!☺️
