Huge missed tactic at 20:26. Nxe5. If white responds with Nxe5, black can recapture with the bishop and white cannot take with pawn without losing the queen. And if dxe5 black can go bc5+ winning the queen.

I don't think he overlooked it. Maybe he wanted to keep up the tempo, developing his pieces with the opponents king already exposed. I'm rated approx 2000 if it helps.

No queen can simply take the knight moving out of the way of the rook, however bishop sacking the pawn e6 would win the queen and the pawn at the cost of the bishop knight and rook
