Such a fantastic bit of gear. I've had a few requesting a review against the new Kings stove. I went to have a look a few weeks ago and still don't think there is a comparison when they are soo close price wise. Hope you bought one and are enjoying it!

I have been looking at potentially doing a comparison review. To be honest I had a look at the updated Kings one over Christmas and its just not the same quality or size to compare given the price difference. I may do for fun however just so people can see the differences.

How do you think they compare to a ozpig. I want it for heating mostly, don't think I'll cook on it.

We bought one from Bunnings in 2018 and they are a very solid piece of kit ..would not go camping with out it ..

I love it, such a great bit of gear. Its unfortunate we missed being able to camp during most of winter but keen to get out in the next month or so and do some bush cooking. For now we have done some terrific home roasts.

Curious as to why you chose this over the identical Kings one?

The Kings camp stoves are not near the quality of the Wooshka and Oz Pig. I note the newer generation Kings is better but still not great unfortunately.
