❤ my luckiest day at roulette was when I ordered mail tai. A friend had recommended the drink on my first trip to Vegas. It became my lucky drink. I hit the bonus at ultimate Texas Holdem for $500, kept winning so much at roulette, the dealer said, “sir, I need to color you up, there are no blue chips left”, at craps, i rolled for about an hour before a seven out. But alas, it’s not that lucky here in NY at the local casino, they don’t know how to make a magic Mai Tai! I need to come back to vegas.

Hello I saw your blackjack tutorial video. I had a question about one thing- If a blackjack player is making a separate bet for the dealer, and the dealer has an Ace showing, can the player place insurance on their bet as well as the bet they are making for the dealer? How does this work?

Hi Lakerfan! The player can pay insurance to cover just their bet or cover their bet and the dealer's tip as well. The insurance amount is half of the original bet. So if the player bet $20 and bet $5 for the dealer, and they want to insure it, they would pay $12.50 ($10 for their main bet and $2.50 for the dealer's tip). If the player didn't want insurance to cover the dealer's tip, they would just put out $10 to insure their original bet. I hope that helps!
