Why kill him? We know for a fact he never does anything. And he clearly doesn’t have the intention to harm her, or even you after you “disrespect” him. He just asks you to leave. This is a person with good intentions, but was likely raised poorly, and doesn’t understand he’s being so creepy. This is like the opposite of messing with the feminist lady.

First playthrough i didn't really listen to him and let him live. I ran into in chapter 2 of my most recent playthrough and was met with immediate hostility and none of the speech. He was then hogtied and thrown into the fire

But before he left, he took one last look at her from a distance. Then he moved to another state. "Stalking" means to repeatedly spy or follow someone. I never played RDR and I don't get it. He told a stroy about a girl he find attractive. I suppose this girl is not like girl-girl, coz she is widow. He told the story in a kinda creepy way ngl, but he dosen't do anything to her, stay in his camp and everything seems to be ok. Is this camp near her house? Did he lie about leaving without touching her? Maybe he would assault her later in the game? He saw a woman he liked, he understood that he was politely rejected and even though he still clearly likes her, he's respected her by keeping his distance ever since. He didn't even put his tent in the same state as her house. You don't qualify as a stalker or a creep simply because a woman you approach doesn't like you. If you kill this guy based on what he says here, you failed a moral test and the game justifiably takes your honor.
