Crazy because David Montgomery’s last part of this season has been stellar. He’s been playing like a CLEAR top 3-5 back in the league after starting of nowhere near those levels. His training definitely works.

As a Bears fan I knew he had this in him all along, thing is for the first 10 weeks of the season our o line was terrible, we had a d lineman starting on o line. Monty would get hit behind the line of scrimmage and still get 2 or 3 yards but now that our o line is fixed he can actually get some holes and he's been cookin and I'm so glad people are recognizing it

Real bear fans knew what Montgomery was out of college I believe he had the highest yardage after contact and or most broken takles ratio the bears had to purge out inconsistencies on the o-line..if me and my brother's had this dude to work out with ot would have been cray! .. good feet transitions welll to any sport ..

I had noticed how much footwork had improved over the last few years. Now I know how that came about. Those exercises look like they would improve anyone's footwork. Maybe I can adapt them to my workout and improve my odds against falling. Which is a concern for someone 72.

Some guys will tell you it's harder at practice thn on game day.. Can you imagine being a rookie thinking you're good because you have speed and/or strength then you have to go do drills with him the "Movement Specialist" and it has nothing to do with speed/strength 🤦🏾♂️ but everything to do with both tap & riverdancing at 100 mph in every direction and angle.? Watching this made me respect both the players/coaches even more while icing my feet, ankles & knees from just watching.

This guy is the best at what he does and you can tell he loves it but it was funny when he was like “When someone jukes someone, everyone wants to say it’s footwork but it really isn’t” and then he proceeds for the rest of the video to talk about how it is all footwork and that’s the base of everything. I obviously understand there’s more to it like technique and repetition but a juke literally is completely footwork and almost nothing else.
