Crazy because David Montgomery’s last part of this season has been stellar. He’s been playing like a CLEAR top 3-5 back in the league after starting of nowhere near those levels. His training definitely works.

As a Bears fan I knew he had this in him all along, thing is for the first 10 weeks of the season our o line was terrible, we had a d lineman starting on o line. Monty would get hit behind the line of scrimmage and still get 2 or 3 yards but now that our o line is fixed he can actually get some holes and he's been cookin and I'm so glad people are recognizing it

Some guys will tell you it's harder at practice thn on game day.. Can you imagine being a rookie thinking you're good because you have speed and/or strength then you have to go do drills with him the "Movement Specialist" and it has nothing to do with speed/strength 🤦🏾‍♂️ but everything to do with both tap & riverdancing at 100 mph in every direction and angle.? Watching this made me respect both the players/coaches even more while icing my feet, ankles & knees from just watching.

as a Patriots fan, I'm upset that this training hasn't worked for Harry... Dude has a great catch radius and he's physical but his footwork off the line is atrocious.

This guy is the best at what he does and you can tell he loves it but it was funny when he was like “When someone jukes someone, everyone wants to say it’s footwork but it really isn’t” and then he proceeds for the rest of the video to talk about how it is all footwork and that’s the base of everything. I obviously understand there’s more to it like technique and repetition but a juke literally is completely footwork and almost nothing else.

Man I wish I could get some stretches, exercises, & a workout for my sons. One is going to the 7th grade and is a Runningback and my other is going to the 8th grade and is a Quarterback. I sent them a link to your videos......man I gotta tell you......you are on your craft!!!! Awesome work and I hope you keep going & growing. Thanks for sharing!!!

Footwork king blocked me from my own footwork account on IG, because he thought I was "stealing" his drill... never thought somebody could "steal" a drill from another trainer. I used to look up to this guy, but it is what it is.
