My granddaughter Daisy is playing a hippie in the high school play at the end of April. I'm going to crochet her a daisy square fringy vest to wear with her bellbottoms. I have already taken a pair of her flared jeans and added the fabric triangle to make super bells like I wore. This is the best daisy that I have seen, and I love the zigzag join.

My Mum,( I'm a Brit married an American living in USA) taught me to crotchet when I was 6. Like fine wine, I have aged ! I'm just picking it up after 50 years to make things for my soon to be born granddaughter. I have suprised myself but pattern reading skills are gone though currently. For any LEFTY crocheters: This works well for my left-handed twin: Set up a standard mirror near your screen, and watch the reflection of the tutorials on the mirror (instead of your screen). It’s reflective, so it looks left-handed! 😃👍🏻👍🏻

It took me a little bit of time to get the flow of the tension. The border stitch is just so me. Simple yet powerful. I'll be making more daisies for sure.
