Quin would like DnD. He could literally be a goblin named Binkus. The only problem is that his brain is so large, and the brain goblins so fierce, he knows the Dungeon Master's story BEFORE the DM even knows what the story is.

​​@@DuskWolf224 here's an enemy idea: a giant wave that takes the form of your worst fear. It can only be damaged by cold. They would be called Hydrohorrors. I'm not a DM yet, but for our first game, I'm DMing, and I am TOTALLY making that a boss! You can also use this idea for one of your DnD games!

I will mention that not everyone in your party will have access to cold damage, so maybe dealing cold damage once could make them more vulnerable to other sources of damage, or slow them down, or make them weaker somehow. Then, figuring out that cold is that monster's weakness becomes a sort of "puzzle" for your party to solve!

To be fair, not all of Quin's viewers are so young as to consider these kinds of games somehow too old to be enjoyed. I played this game as a child, so I'm really excited to see younger people experience them, their views tend to be so different and unique even when they agree with me. Also, Link to the Past is 33 years old. (Also, also I've never felt as old as I am writing this particular comment.)

I did beat this when I was a little guy, but only after watching my mom beat it 3 or 4 times first. She was so dedicated to 100% -ing it, she called the Nintendo U.S. help line for the location of the 4th bottle. It was that one under the bridge. I never thought this game was hard because I already knew where to go, how to solve puzzles, and monster patterns and weaknesses . It's really fun seeing others go in blind

14:18 catch the bee with a net and put it in a jar and then set it loose by enemies. Also you can find a giant bomb that will follow you around and will blow up cracks regular bombs can’t. Was only disappointed when it was over.

Binkus to the Pastus! I'm glad you're doing some asploring between dungeons - there's actually a fair amount of items you can miss if you only mainline the dungeons. Another KZbinr I was watching 1st play this managed to get to the end of the game, and then had to spend a fair amount of time hunting down items he'd missed that he needed.

you need to get the bombos medalion to deal with enemies, its in the desert, a stone slab, you get there through the dark world, or you are gonna suffer on level 3, and the magic upgrade next to the swordsmith house

I've seen several people say this in the comments. I am genuinely surprised. I always though it was like, medium difficulty. But I grew up with it so idk. Also I think there's this weird 2D - 3D disconnect between generations of gamers where the one you primarily didnt grow up with is harder

I love this game so much! But I hate Skull Woods. 🤣 That's the third dungeon, where you left off. Believe it or not, you actually can complete some of the dungeons out of order! I struggled with Skull Woods and went exploring in Thieves' Town (Dark Kakariko) and found the fourth dungeon there (the other one you stumbled into 😆). You can beat it without finishing Skull Woods, and the item you get inside opens up the path to a side quest that improves your sword. Doing that made Skull Woods a lot easier for me. Good luck, whichever path you take!
