Best teacher on the internet in my opinion. I've watched most all of them.

LOVE this Malaska stuff, man. He makes material so relatable and understandable. I've been saving for a visit/lesson from him since I saw your first videos with him.

This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "improve golf distance" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Graysonyon Putter Prolific - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my partner got great results with it.

I was never really taught the basics. I kind of learned all this stuff by trial and error. Its such a good feeling tho when you finally understand it and can execute the shots. Golf just make you a better person in general

Great stuff B. Good to have the nuances and intricacies of the game explained and not just the mechanics. Afterall scoring is what its all about. Having a field marshal (was gonna call him magic Mike but that conjures unwanted images) explain is top top content. As usual your material is supreme!

What mike is talkimg about there with the launch angle is such a good tip, like really fricking good. If you can understand that and see it and feel it. It will save so many shots in your game. Same thing with the toe down chipping and pitching. Same thing for the un even lies. So key

Six weeks layoff due to knee surgery watching BBG and others on Utube. Went out yesterday and shot best round in 12 months. I'm an Aussie, but say Malaska for President! Wow I'm impressed. OTT from inside who would have guessed.

Mike's tips on putting really help a lot. But Tiger says to take three pictures of the putt with your eyes. One on set up, another on practise swing and a third just before you hit it. It tells your brain what the task is, which is great for your distance control.

Mike knows more about golf than most of the stars with 100 k of followers...why? He actually played on tour, been with the greats etc Folks ..go get lessons from ex professionals only...even if they played college golf.

Mike can actually make this game simple most people just make it more difficult

Thanks Seth, the desert hates my iphone, videos always come out looking cloudy from out there on the iphone. The Canon camera stuff is much better. Coming this weekend. Click the bell and you'll see it.

Great information on line. I think the line is part 1. Speed is part 2 though and if the ball gets to the hole to fast or slow and you can’t control speed then you can’t say you are putting well surely?
@jackarmstrong18385 жыл бұрын
The line is part 1 and part 2. if you make the line roll, you are hitting the ball in the center of the face, which MAKES speed control so much easier. Just my opinion

Seems like you still initiat the downswing with a turn of your left shoulder. For me it was impossible to not move the left shoulder on the downswing, if my head was looking to the right away from the target. Maybe it helps you, but wehn you set up look right away to the target with the head turbed slightly to the left. You should be able to swing down without turning the left shoulder....Cheers.

right? I hope he has the malaska downswing by now!

Any advice/ drills if your struggling with speed of putts? My issue lately is i just always come up way short or way long on long putts.

He didn't answer the putting question at the end about what to do if the line still looks left no matter where you put your eyes. For me it didn't help to move eyes around. The audio was bad there but it seemed he stuck to his stump speech about center face contact and make the line roll.
