If you are a higher ranked player than your opponent, it means your opponent is on a winning streak, or performing much better than their rank. The game will try to place the lower ranked player against higher ranked players in an effort to find the 50/50 and even out their MMR. If they win they gain massive MMR, if they lose, they barely lose any and their next opponent will be lower ranked

Tips to win. Rush to find nests. Quickly build to tier 2. Use your main army to conquer nests. Build up to multiple units are veterans, 2 of everything, 1 of your support Insect (won’t suggest which support insect cause I keep winning with my preferred one) attack HQ. (Still learning how to reach tier 3)

It’s probably because this game is easier to get good footage for, and him just enjoying the game. Path of titans is a grindy game that requires a long of time investment to play, especially for bigger creatures. And this game is the new thing, so it is gonna perform best now then it would at any other time.

Multiplayer battles are rushful, I don’t suggest using worker ants. They are a waste of resources because you have to prepare for any attack the other player may do

Real fun game. I wish the story was different. Something like you going off to start your own colony. There feels like more could definitely exist in this game.. I also wish there was more to do with multiplayer other than pvp.

Buy Pinecone farms first became both farms cost pine cones so you can get both quicker if you start with pine cones. I like sto start with dash and send my first legion to take a nest before I even visit my second nest to develop as fast as possible. Usually, the player who gets super predators first wins so you want to balance getting as many nest with farms as soon as possible with saving for the chemical lab. If you like shields consider using the snail, it gives all units out of combat shields for free and if you use the healing power you can actually heal your legions while they are fighting with the shield from the snail so you can from battle to battle without waiting for until to heal. Also look at the fear power if you like to rush quick as it let's you immobilize all enemy units so all you have to worry about is the nest. If you time it right just 2 legions can take a capital but it is high risk high reward start. Safer to develop as fast as possible early on. Lastly don’t be afraid to push legions to their limit in the early game, it is essential to develop quickly. If you are using powers from the get go be sure to let your first legion solo at least 2 tier one nests/resource deposits.
