This is day 160 of my journey to get to a rating of 2000 on chess.com.
In this game we play a Sicilian Defense.
I think overall we played fairly well. My opponent just blundered, and we didn't have to do too much special to win it. wooo
So far on the series:
101 wins 9 draws 79 losses

According to Wikipedia, a family fork is just king queen and any other piece in general.

Hyper accelerated dragon variation sounds like something a character in a video game or anime would shout out before attacking. 🤩I am going to go learn how to play this opening. Just because I love it's name lol. And it seemed to work really well for you this time, great work.

Question for anyone who knows. Is pushing your queenside pawns usual for this opening? I struggle to formulate strong middle game plans.

I think one thing to watch for in this opening is after developing your pieces to active squares, look for a pawn break. I think in the dragon you often wanna look for d5! A way to prepare d5 is by playing e6, which you can see in this game was the move I failed to spot (2:29 in the video)
