Just another suggestion-Trent. On those sites like that--find a earth berm or rock pile higher-then just back the rear of the trailer down in the hole, up against the berm.. Walk the machine right up the incline onto the trailer. Much much easier. Now-rubber tracks might not work so good when wet--but try it maybe. Thanks for your video's.

Back in the 1960's I used to call Niland and Calipatria the armpit of California. It sure has changed. You are a good, calm instructor as always.

Nice video Trent, but still that starting tune... I prefer the guitar version. Thumbs up.

Two big blocks of wood would make loading a lot more simple and less rocking ,less lifting up to get the tracks on the trailer and when the rear of the tracks go forward the wood will lift the machine up ! That's my thoughts

Trent. Why don't you keep your front chains and binders in the gooseneck? And keep the boom chain and binder at the back?

Never pass the opportunity to learn.

Learning a machine comes from experience though. Which is probably not worth it if it's a one time thing.

@@kempo_95Of course in their business, how do you know it is going to be a one time thing? I remember when color TVs came out, my husband at that time, didn't know if he wanted to bother learning how to fix them or not, he thought it was just a passing fancy.

Does the tracks hurt the trailer tires when you load/unload the machine?
@plazatowing8 ай бұрын
They don’t if done properly. When I was learning how to do this I skinned the tops of a set of tires from tracking without moving though. Live and learn lol
