That made me laugh and I needed one. I'm just back from the hospital yesterday and dentist this morning, three fillings. I had six Shepherds at one time and I miss them so, so much. Thank you for your postings, I really enjoy them. You brighten my days. ❤❤❤

They immediately knew you were playing a game, and clearly they love hide & seek. You live in that house, so your scent will be everywhere - making it hard for them to track you. They weren't going to give up, though. They kept looking!

So glad you share your doggos with us. Our 4yo GSD girl loves this type of brain stimulation fun. Of course, good eats--cuddles--snoozes--bigchew toys--fetch play--& protecting her peeps (plenty of crowding) is a major part of her daily working line existence, also.

I love all three of them! I grew up around GSD’s here in the uk my mum had a friend who owned and trained them for the police dog trials. I love their individual personalities! Yours are so awesome and well behaved! You can see they get lots of love and attention. 💖 I hope to have one again someday.

Big sniffer dog trial fail for all three puppers, but it doesn't make them any less adorable. My Lab-Golden Retriever cross missed his calling as a sniffer dog. He is always able to find me almost instantly.

I think in a house with so many open spaces they are puzzled by the concept of doors. My GSD opens doors with his chin to check inside if we play hide and seek. I love Jet, he is turning into a very handsome young gentleman.

Very cute. But how do you manage the hair? I had 1 (one) Shepherd and the HAIR was EVERYWHERE. Years after she was gone I was still vacuuming dog hair spider Web goo in the garage.

One of my G. Shepherds learned to open those kind of door 'knobs' and would open the front door to let himself out (fenced front yard) and open the door when someone came and rang the doorbell if it wasn't locked. Used to scare peeps that didn't know him. He was super friendly but also a large shepherd with a loud deep bark.

I've done that with my German Shepherd several times I'll walk off with her in the house and then call and tell my girlfriend to let her out her nose hits the ground and she finds me pretty quick

Please do this again with just one dog at a time. Having all three running about is disturbing the scent trail. Mine finds me in 10 seconds it’s not even worth doing. I hide pinkie nail size pieces of cheese or treat for more of a challenge.
