Some words of advice from myself would be do what ever you can to get better. Make sure play some wall ball. With hard work and dedication you guys will be better than before and I can guarantee that only if you are willing to put in the time to practice at home. Wish you guys the best of luck

Sorry for picking on ya! :) But unfortunately, the animal abuse in the industry isn't funny, and vegan activists are often bullied and pushed around for the truths that they speak up against. if you aren't vegan, you are abusing animals and that goes against almost every person's own value set of saying they are animal lovers. There is so much misconception, misinformation, and basically excuses out there regarding veganism and against veganism. So I gotta always 'stick up' (pun intended) for my sisters and brothers rocking the natural vegan lifestyle. So Paul is legit for going vegan and mentioning the abuse of animals. I fully support you there Paul! Thanks for looking out for the animals. Eat like a fricken herbivore. All day every day!

We used to use a “cradle baby” - take a piece of sidewall string, drill a hole in the ball and loop it through your head. Then get rad with your cradle routine.
