Once he becomes a demon you get the option of brain, eye, and zombie hand 4. You can use the hand and eye to recover you're self (As you guessed it the effect of the ms. Lemons game effects to the Mr tomatoes game)

Don’t wipe your saved data I’m pretty sure there’s a person that has extra eyes arms etc. I believe there is also a way to reset the game to let you in but if you don’t get the extra arms and eye You will still be injured
