@@slydessertfox6267 I disagree. While they were pretty arcadey, the gameplay in older Madden games was fun and there was a ton of depth, two things that are lacking in more recent Maddens (depth has been missing since Madden 13, and the gameplay has been bad since Madden 18).

Love the nostalgia… I’ve been watching your channels since you did an online dynasty with another creator in NCAA 12. I cannot even remember the name of that guy but that series is what led me to greatest Sports Channel in history. That series didn’t even last a season but you started the Vikings franchise a little while later and I was hooked! Thanks for everything Cane!! Hey Cane. I'd love to see a series with the old ps2 ncaa games. A few tips that will help big time with passing 1. Use motion to your advantage to see if the defense is in man or zone 2. Avoid bullet passing except on quick routes like dump offs to the tail backs or curls 3. run zone beaters to the short side of the field Hope this helps! these games can be a blast once you get the hang of them

Do a UNM dynasty. They're a bad team that will give you quite the entertaining time. From building up a strong schedule to see where you are to getting that pure enjoyment from winning a Bowl Game. Just a perfect storm. Also gives me a team to look forward to. I also wouldn't mind a campus legend series. NCAA Football 08 is just the perfect game

I actually made a brand new satellite school from the University of New Mexico and it was called the University of New Mexico - Roswell, and, naturally, my school mascot was the Aliens. I also did the same thing to a new fictional University of Florida - Orlando satellite school as well, but that name was also appropriate for that school because it would appear on the scoreboards as UFO, plus the main NASA facility is also nearby, so it makes even more sense to call that fictional school team that name as well. Also, as would naturally happen, UNMR and UFO have a rivalry game that is called the Green-Gray Melee.

NFL Street is an absolutely perfect game for your channel. From the fun rosters of the early-to-mid 2000s, the arcade style gameplay, the trash talk during the game, the customization of your team, and the RPG aspect of the Ladder mode, I think you'd have a blast playing it

Mr. Hurricane, you and thousands of other young sport gamers have missed out on the best Era of football video gaming (PS2). EA developers at this time had passion for these games and dynasty mode for both NCAA and Madden are the greatest of all time. The game play is rewarding, challenging; but fair. Ncaa 14 is a good game but the PS2 Era is still king. Also checked out Ncaa 10 on PS3, it's an underrated game. To answer your question, to add to your classic collection of Madden, you have to get Madden 07, it is the best Madden ever created, I kid you not. The features, gameplay, etc, are one of a kind my friend.

@shad games, NCAA Football 10 on the PS2 is still pretty good, too, plus, unlike the PS3 and Xbox 360 NCAA Football games, it retains many of the features of NCAA Football 08, including also having FCS teams.

The original Xbox can "force" HD (720p) and supports widescreen (as opposed to 4:3) by going into the MS dashboard, making all of the HD settings, and clicking LT+RT+LS+RS all at the same time. The screen flashes and gets much sharper and cleaner. not 1080, but really nice. Better than the PS2.

I am proud of most of the things that I saw from the BRU Marshals today (09/17/2022) with their win over the Arkansas Razorbacks, and especially with Jimmy Starks getting a possible NCAA record for the most field goals in a single game. He was 10 for 10 on them, and he also had a 55 yard field goal as well.

I play the Xbox 360 version of 08 all the time. Very solid game. I love the Campus Legend mode. I'd love to see you do a Dynasty series here. I recommend 06 and 07 as well. Both are solid games.

Hey Cane, have you tried out the Next mod for NCAA 06? For me it’s the best gameplay you can get in terms of an NCAA game and the Next mod makes it so playable in 2022. Really good work they’re doing and I think you’d love it. Really easy to install the mod too - you should look into it and consider a series because it’s considered by many as the peak of Dynasty mode in the NCAA games and some of the AI will shock you with the smart things it does compared to later games.

Drake only caused two punts to happen to BRU, but the dominance that BRU put on them was legendary. BRU only had 4 sacks altogether on both of their quarterbacks, whereas BRU caused 36 of them to happen on all of the quarterbacks of Drake. 700 Yards of Offense, 700 Yards on Defense...the statistics could honestly go on and on with this game, which happened on 09/10/2022.

NCAA 07 for the PS2 was the first video game I ever owned myself. I now have over 150 days played. These were the days. I made 8 fictional teams to replace the Sun Belt and for Madden 07 a full 32 team league of fictional teams and imported the draft classes. BTW they stopped updated the FCS rosters after 05 or 06 :/

At 8:20 you didn’t do enough research. There are videos online that will show you about as much Pre-Game NCAA08 (6th Gen) had, at least in modes like Dynasty, and Campus Legend. You would get a brief intro by Nestler Herbstreet, and Corso: Corso would pick, then the teams would enter the field alongside their main fight song. Practice-warm up would be shown, and the top player from each school would be briefly discussed. I’m guessing this footage might be from a straight gameplay mode which only offers that and nothing else.

Having put thousands of hours into this game I can say it is brutal. Its so hard to run the ball, the deep pass game demands near perfect timing, the player fatigue mechanic sucks, screens are almost broken. All that and more. And I still play it at least once a day 😂. The things we do for love

Boise State having a rebuilding season is a bit of an understatement, as, for the first time ever in school football program history, they had to fire a coach, specifically, the offensive coordinator, last week. Their boasting in regards to beating BRU should have meant that the school was trying to stay positive, but, in reality, all that it did was make things worse. There are so many statistics that stand out for this game, Kevin Redd and his accomplishments, the -203 yards rushing for Boise State, the first sub 1,000 total yards game this season for BRU...the sixth game in a row where BRU has scored triple digits, another shutout game, plus proving to the world that Vanderbilt did not have their number...that all showed people why BRU is to be taken seriously. However, will it be enough to face the Number 4 ranked team in the NCAA Division I - FBS in Michigan next week? The rest of the schedule looks pretty daunting for BRU.

Heres an immersion point for these PS2 games..If you play a game and its not televised theres no commentary or presentation. If you have a College Gameday game theres a full in booth pregame show complete with Corso picks helmet/mascot head and all

Another cool thing is when I’m Dynasty mode, you have regional and National broadcast games that have the commentary but you’ll have games that are uninteresting like Ball St vs Kent St and won’t get the tv coverage so there is no commentary for that game. Please do a series on this or 06

Biggest glitch in this game was the NCAA Sanctions feature- great idea, poorly executed- you get to a point where some conferences have every single team on some kind of sanction
