Is the delay between your shot and the display on the screen normal with all launch monitors? or are some better than others? Just trying to make a "buy once, cry once" decision on launch monitors.

I don't see much more than say 1 sec delay according to the video and that's while using a laptop with RTX3070 and recording with two cameras in OBS studio to make the video .... I think it's quite good. The lag you see might be a GS pro api thing too as the ProTee Labs shot data is instantaneous.

@@leosgolfSorry to trouble you Sir , installed my Vx unit connected via cable adapter to usb port on laptop . It’s not connecting for some reason was yours quite straightforward connection wise ? Cheers

@@125phr it should be straightforward… just install the ProTee Labs software, have your VX powered on and when it’s installed, go to the device menu and make sure VX is selected then connect… it will take a few seconds for the network connection. Then you have to calibrate (1st time use/setup)

@@leosgolf Thanks Leo maybe something isn’t quite right with my setup . Currently using Wi-Fi for connection to a 4g dongle (no cables ) . May need to to connect laptop to 4g router via wired Ethernet cable for it to work . Hopefully supplier in UK will put me on right track tomorrow !!

@@leosgolfBit of an update Protee sending another unit out ! Apparently another vx had a fault whereby Ethernet port on unit wasn’t connected properly . Full marks to Protee as they are shipping out another one straight away. Bit unlucky but suppose with a new system get some teething problems .
