Imagine... that would've been so cool. Hopefully, someone can do a ROM hack that makes this game playable on the OG black and white Game Boy.

This would even be possible, however due to the extra graphics bank that does not exist in an original Game Boy, many things would have to be readapted, in addition there would probably be slowdowns.
