Ryan I really do love your Sims 1 content. I don’t know what it is about Sims 1 - lots of people say game play in Sims 4 is boring and has lost the Sims feeling (I agree) but you could argue that there wasn’t a lot to do in the Sims 1 but I could sit and play that for hours, even base game. It just felt/feels different. I can’t play at the moment as I don’t have anything to play it on, but your Sims 1 content keeps the nostalgia alive 😂

I think part of what makes the sims 4 so boring is that it's nearly impossible for your sims to die accidentally. It takes days in sims 4 to starve to death, it takes hours or minutes in the others. In 1-3, you could only do so much exploration of side features before having to reckon with your sims needs. That's part of why the older games feel more substantial, it takes longer to get through content when you also have to actually keep your sim alive!

Makin' Magic is one of the best expansions ever imo! The content was so imaginative and fun, I loved the mix of creepy folk aesthetic + music and wholesome carnival magic it was SO COOL! The animations on all the sims are so funny and full of personality, i really wish they would sell Sims 1 🥲

OMG, I kept yelling for you to buy 2 fire alarms, one for indoors and another for outdoors, each time a fire happened! lol I would so love to figure out that tombstone puzzle. I know the tombstones are randomly up and down when you start, but there must be some sort of strategy to it.

Yes, a man after my own black little heart! I live in Magic Town, spend most of my time there. Still working on getting the purple and yellow crystals, which are a pain in the ass. Might edit the comment after I get a chance to watch. Edit: I love that roller coaster. I would love to ride it myself. To get Pyritie, the golden, most well behaved dragon, you need to do all three interactions. You'll also need dragon treats and to give it some attention periodically. Torch is the laziest one. Burnie is the one most likely to burn everything down. The dragons also play well with pets. I'd be thrilled if you make this a full series. I have a chart for the duels if you'd like. You moved into my house! The Sims wikia will be a big help for a full series.
