yess i definitely need to jump forward more to carry my momentum into the swing but i’m just too scared of jumping into the net and breaking someone’s ankles 💀
@dubrasri97238 ай бұрын
@@raynsvolleyball(late comment) jumping a lot forward is pretty dangerous yeah, however if it’s just a little then it’s alright. I recommend trying it whenever you’re doing hitting lines or just when there’s no block and when you land pay attention to where your feet are. If it’s on the line or above you should jump less far. I personally have my toes getting at the line and I’ve never got on the feet of someone. One thing to keep in mind tho is to still jump in a way that the ball stays in front of you cause I know « straight jumpers » who have the ball right above them and it’s not good (but it doesn’t seem to be you case so all good). In the end it’s something that depends on what you prefer, there are hitters who jump straight up and still hit insane shots so do as you like😄. Also I love the progress you’ve made (and sorry for the very long comment)

I recently stumbled upon a volleyball progression video that was nothing short of inspirational. From the first minute, it was clear that this wasn't just another sports tutorial. The video was brilliantly structured, taking the viewer on a journey from the fundamentals of volleyball to more advanced techniques, all while maintaining an engaging and accessible tone. What truly set this video apart was its attention to detail. The coach's explanations were crystal clear, making even the most complex drills seem manageable. The slow-motion replays were a game-changer, allowing me to catch every nuance of the techniques demonstrated. It's rare to find a tutorial that balances technical depth with such clarity. But it wasn't just the technical excellence that impressed me; it was the palpable passion and enthusiasm of the instructor. You can tell they genuinely care about helping others improve and share a love for the game. This passion is infectious, making me more motivated than ever to hit the court and practice. Thanks to this video, I've seen significant improvements in my skills and a newfound confidence on the volleyball court. It's a resource I've returned to multiple times, each viewing offering new insights and inspiration. For anyone looking to improve their volleyball game, regardless of their current level, I can't recommend this video enough. It's a comprehensive, engaging, and incredibly helpful guide that has not only improved my skills but also my love for the game. A big thank you to the creators for putting together such an outstanding resource!
