I think the flash should be placeable pre-round and not be breakable.

Breakable makes it more balanced considering you can flash spike every 20 seconds on attack is kinda op, but pre round placement is a good feature

If it wasnt breakable itd be way too broken, if that were the case then it shouldnt be able to be picked up but then itll be a lot harder to use and less fun

@kevl4n109 Then why not make all flashes shoot-able as a counter. If your fast on the flick you should be able to shoot a Yoru flash.... or just make them all unbreakable and make it so it only flashes twice while keeping the 20 second cool down. Remove picking it up and maybe make the flah instant.

@@akumatenshi7756 or just leave it as is, it's fine this way. Arc rose is supposed to be more like a Cypher cam that is also a trap than it is a traditional flash.
