Bryn recognizing what cards do based on art makes so much sense when you remember he’s not a huge fan of Seeker cards. Half of their art is just guys looking surprised at a book or relic lol

Liked the idea of this video but it was a hard watch. 3 small windows to see 30 cards was hard to see. I think it would have been a lot easier for the audience to see the decks built on Arkham DB rather than physical cards.

Yeah this is my biggest issue with this channel, their content is incredibly good but the playthroughs (or anything else they do physically on the table like this one) are damn near impossible to follow visually

@@mike_howes Yup, I'll be approaching the format differently in the future for this one. Experimenting with different styles of deckbuilding videos will lead to some misses in format. Thanks for the comment sharing your thoughts on it!

@@chrisb.8758 This may sound snarky, but it's legitimate: I'm open to hearing suggestions on how to showcase the information better while still allowing the 5 cameras we need to be on the screen at once.

@@PlayingBoardGames I think this style is good for a stream as this is more of a hang out. As somebody who loves your videos in the background while I work this was too hard to engage with. It would be easier to follow if you build decks 1 at a time, have 1 camera on the group and 1 on that persons play area. While playing it would also be nice to show max 2 cameras at a time, 1 for the map and 1 for the active players play area. This obviously requires more time. Even if the quality of your videos aren't always immaculate, the quantity of good content you guys release is unmatched and I wouldn't change that.
