While CEDH is still super fast it has definitely felt slower with seeing these post ban videos. Crazy to see how these games don’t just end within the first 3 turns (usually) and I love all the new commanders like Mothman entering in. Great video as always!

I’m super excited that you guys are back at it making great content. My only complaint is that i have been spoiled by the biweekly+ upload schedule from years past, so it feels like there is comparatively not nearly enough. I hope there’s a middle ground that allows you to maintain a good work/life balance, prevent burnout, and keep the content coming at a nice speed!

6:00 So if Colton attacks two creatures at Zeb and 1 at Oblivion, Tymna only draws 2. (im just not sure if its only narration, on players attacked or Nr of cards drawn). Tymna specifies combat dmg, an kediss Trigger is not combat damage (malcom works cause it only says damage). Also Lifelink isnt a trigger :p I think thats correct, obv please correct me in the comments otherwise

It demands at least one of the two commanders in play, bites your life before it resolves and costs an Ad Nauseam to cast. When it works IT WORKS. When it doesn't fit the circumstances, it's a dead card unhappily

I haven't played much commander since the ban but it looks like the format is averaging turn 5 win attempts with maybe the exception of Rog/Si. Once my decks are no longer in shambles it'll be nice to play some cEDH.

Colton's first play. Why play Brass and discard Foothills? Shouldn't you be doing the opposite for deck thinning which is the one of the major reasons we play Fetchlands in the first place?

I would argue that fetchlands is more for mana fixing vs deck thinning.

@@PlayingWithPowerMTG Well yes, but in this case if you wanted mana fixing you would've played Brass but that only nets you one additional mana color option which likely isn't needed depending on second land drop and having Mox Diamond in play already. So I'm saying it was a misplay to take value of the Fetch for deck thinning. Either way, didn't matter in the end as Colton still won the game.
