Usally people use ciphers or chypers (idk which one is the right way to spell it) but you can tell its a hidden message if letters repeat you would shift the letters back so a=z b=a c=b and so on

Disfruta la visa antes de que sea tarde,tus pensamientos dicen un monton tu cara traumada sin ganas de hacer nada ¿que hacer? No se solo vivir... tus pensamientos mas malos se hacen presentes da igual solo piensas en algo que viviste pero nonlo recuerdas la estres en notoria y tu sonrrisa se apaga solo eso y un ponten pero no rendirse es el objetivo tu cuerpo lo dice ayuda..pero mas que eso un cansancio nororio exclamación de ayuda y mas te vuelves loco de tanto y tanto pero siges viviendo como que los sueños es tu saluda cabo que se acaba cuanto estas por cumplir lo que mas deseaste tu escapatoria es el silencioso y la paz pero no lo encuentras solo solitario y solitario en un mundo donde solo tu sabes cual es tu mente no puede la meloria te vuelve loco y tus miedos se asercan miedo y miedo tus pensamientos y el bullyng que alguna ves reciviste se aserca el terror dice presente y tus miedos tiemblas tu mente se derrite poco a poco tu salud sicologa no puede mas y todo se apaga y que es eso?? El vacio...
