Reminds me of those Trendmasters motorized walking Godzilla and Ghidorah figs from back in the 90s with the goofy rubber as well.Only thing that bothers me is the lack of the elbow spikes I understand why they left it out but still overall a pretty cool fig and great quality.

This is legitimately the ONLY playmates Godzilla figure that has remotely interested me, and not only that I think it's actually kinda cool, basically what you said, yeah it looks like actual trash but it's really cool with its gimmick and also the implication that Godzilla evolved in the movie like irl reptiles do when they shedd their scales. Coming from a person that for the past however many years only cared about adult level figures, this toy is cool as hell. (probably not gonna get it tho)

I realized something about the suit, when I checked the tutorial video on this figure, either or not the chest flap on the suit didn't have the extra rubber that was supposed to keep the chest flap in place, weird but this figure is hilarious. That's great that they finally put a shoulder hinge on a Goji figure. Now they need to do ball joints or dumbbell or hinge and swivel at the elbow. Needs a more hip movement and DEFINITELY some knee articulation. What you’re seeing the background are holes in my backdrop lol I’m too lazy to replace it for the time being. As for the battle roar question, neither of the 3 I have are showing any kind of issue like that. It sounds like the mechanism on the inside could be a tad off, or at the very least something to do with the sound chip. I’m an adult and I’ll play with my plastic (and rubber) dinosaurs on the internet with pride!
