Playmates Toys 2003 TMNT Animated Series Turtles Reissue Action Figure Review!

Today, I will be going over the articulation, aesthetic, and accessories of the brand new Playmates Toys 2003 TMNT Animated Series Turtles figures!
These are not for everyone, and I get that, but I'm totally here for it. I love this series, so finally getting these figures in my collection for a good price is awesome. The articulation is really limited, and the accessories are very toy-centric, but the aesthetic holds up pretty well. 10 bucks is awesome for these guys, so they'll look great on the shelf!

Some of the best character designs for the turtles but some of the worst articulation of any tmnt version.

Everyone is raving about the new mezco turtles, but I love the designs of these. And when I found out that they were re selling the 2003 turtles, i thought, this is it, turtle designs I love, with neca-like articulation? Let's go!! But then,....yeah...
