PlayStation 2 grinding noise / disc read error easy fix

It worked, now all my authentic discs in CD don't make noise.

THANK YOU JIM!!!! IT WORKED I got lazy and just broke off the piece that touched the disc didn't even take it apart GTA works I thought it was so scratched but no that was the problem how cool

Wow I'm interested I have the same model same problem I will try and if not at least a step closer and I am curious too if it like balances the disc or something but hey no noise rock on maybe GTA will finally read. Great video take care

It's the Lazer tray you might need to get it replaced

@@MichaelM28 yep Google like this "Ribbon Cable 90000x Laser Lens For PS2" Change "90000x" to your ps2 model. Its different shape for each one (50000x, 70000x, 90000x...)
