Playable games list:- wiki.pcsx2.net/Category:Playable_games Update:- Just so everyone knows not every single game can be 100% emulated properly, i'd personally google the playable games list for this emulator as you can see a common theme in my comment section is that some of the harry potter games don't work and have many bugs and glitches. Every game has to be reverse engineered and updated by very hardworking individuals for free and there are hundreds if not thousands of ps2 games so don't expect absolutely every game to work. With that said many are playable with the full PC experience/benefits so enjoy!

@@y.m.a7374, Yep, some of the games of course does not always even stay consistent at 90% Like Crash Twinsanity kind of does the same and ruins the performance/flow of enjoyment for me. There's gotta be some 'special thing' That can make the games work or there has to be another emulator we have not yet realized.

This is the type of video I would expect when wanting help with installation of an emulator, too many videos that show just a sliver of how to do the bios, which tend to be painfully under explained (seriously gave up at one point and just uninstalled PCSX2 because I thought I wouldn't find a BIOS with decent explanation of what to do). Thank you for a detailed guide on how to install and set up, especially the little bit about video config (would never have worked that out myself). And especially thank you for providing links in the description which actually work. Especially the game list. I can finally play Ratchet and Clank again.

Thank you for the feedback, will definitely implement a zoom/icon up scale for future videos. When you record 1440p monitors they tend to have smaller icons and this is worsened when your video software can only render in 1080p, should be an easy fix though!

But if you downloaded an archived PS2 iso and can't be extracted because WinRAR says it Archive's corrupt... you may use 7zip as an extractor without Corrupt!

I don't know it it's the game that doesn't work but when i installed Need For Speed - Underground 2 it came as an .iso file, but in your video you got a .bin file. Pluss, i put my ISO folder in the Pcsx folder and it didn't show up. Edit: I actually managed to fix it, forgot to thank you so Thanks man for teaching me how to do this!

I did the exact same things you did in this video with the exception of using winwar and for some reason I'm getting a BIOS error. "The configured BIOS file does not exist. Please re-configure" Idk wtf is going on Edit: when I try to select a BIOS and boot the system up it lags really fucking bad, and the speed goes from 9% to 30%

When I tried to play Crazy Taxi, it said my BIOS wasn't valid and had to come from an actual ps2. EDIT: turns out I had actually forgotten to go into Plugin/Bios selector and configure the BIOS correctly. Thanks for the tutorial, this was the 1st time I was able to get PCSX2 to actually work/load a game.

The operating system is displayed as follows: For a 64-bit version operating system, 64-bit Operating System appears for the System type under System.
