@@GamingKick , there's a couple of them that I'd actually recommend for the PS2 that get criminally overlooked. Here are 10 of the best hidden gems for the PS2. 1. True Crime - Streets of L.A. - Now, if you are going to talk about games like Saints' Row (barring the horrible reboot), Grand Theft Auto, and Yakuza, then this pair of games, which ended up being turned into the Sleeping Dogs franchise, was also a pair of pretty good PS2 and Xbox games as well, but the first game is honestly the better one, plus it also has a lot more stuff to do, as well as more places to go, more missions to do, and a larger area to explore than the Grand Theft Auto games, as in ALL of them that are on the PS2. Moreover, you also get to roam around in an ACTUAL city, rather than a fictional one, of which only Yakuza can claim, but even the map in Yakuza is nowhere near as vast as the one that is in this game. Finally, this game also has a star-studded cast that is arguably as good as the ones that were in the other games that I had mentioned as well. 2. Darkwatch - Capcom didn't get into the FPS territory much, in fact, this is the only time that it truly did so, but this game is a solid and underrated game that honestly needed a franchise of its own. 3. Black - EA already had proven its worth with the Medal of Honor series, as well as with a few Star Wars titles that also were worthy of praise for the PS1, PS2, Xbox, and PC, but, in all honesty, this game is honestly one of the best games that EA did that very few people know about and the facts that people still want a proper sequel to it almost two decades later, combined with its surprisingly good graphics engine, honestly makes it a cult classic that is honestly worth your time. 4. The Red Star - Now although it is not as ambitious as Marc Ecko's Getting Up, at least it provides a better feeling experience, as well as less clunky controls, than that game, plus it can either be approached as a beat-em-up/3D brawler/conveyor belt fighter game, or an outright 3D shooter game, and its challenge is also pretty good as well. 5. Arc the Lad (4): Twilight of the Spirits - Though the second game in the series is argued to be its best overall entry, this game is also a pretty solid entry in the series as well, plus it also does something that few JRPGs do, which is to choose which party to start the game from in the game, which is something that honestly would have helped Rogue Galaxy. 6. Ys VI: the Ark of Napishtim - Now while this game is also available for more modern video game platforms, it also made an appearance on the PS2 as well, so if you like The Legend of Zelda, but you also want something that is a bit more, and you don't have a Nintendo console to play this game on, well, this game is for you. Also, yes, it's a surprisingly good game as well. 7. Fire Pro Wrestling R/Returns - Despite its numerous flaws, most notably in its control schemes, menu, and editing areas, this game is among the best professional wrestling video games that you have literally never heard of, and it's also the one that truly makes you feel like you're in an epic wrestling match every time that you play the game. 8. Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 - Now although this game is not as well known as the Battlefield, Medal of Honor, or Call of Duty franchises, this franchise of video games is also a pretty good one, and it also got turned into being a side story of the HBO television miniseries that is called Band of Brothers. Moreover, it is the same military unit that was in that miniseries that this video game series takes place in, albeit from the perspective of different military companies. This entry in the series, which is the first game that is in the series, is also its best entry, though its sequel is a pretty strong game in its own right. 9. Radiata Stories - Yes, Square Enix made a lot of good JRPGs over the years, but this game honestly got lost in the shuffle, and it's honestly a pretty good game as well that not a lot of people talk about, nor know about, which is kind of sad. 10. Enthusia Professional Racing - Konami did make a lot of racing video games in the past, but this game was honestly its best one ever and it also honestly gave Sony's own Gran Turismo video game series a run for its money. However, had Konami possessed people with minds that were focused on things OTHER than slot machines and pachinko machines, though, then this game would have spawned a franchise that would still be going strong today. Here are my top ten overlooked PS2 hidden gems.

I'd love to see a game where Punisher gets flown into Raccoon City. ...Be a bunch of zombies writing to the Hague talking about "war crimes" and begging the UN for some intervention. Frank Castle is a machine.

Replayed a bit of Drakengard for this video. It´s a Musou style game with clunky controls! But the setting and being able to call in Dragon support makes it pretty fun. Not perfect but a hidden gem for sure! And don´t smack talk Metal Slug 3D! That game is a blast!

True, the new RoboCop game is way better, but I always want to check games out myself. So I gave the PS2 game a fair shot. Simple 3d shooter from back in the day. Blast your way through mindless goons for a few hours. Solid game if you are into these kinds of shooters.
