if you guys are having problems entering safe mode or the BLOD and have and SSD installed, turn of the PS5, remove the SSD and try again. That worked for me, the SSD was the problem.

HDMI is all fine , it was the youtube app issue , wanted to go to youtube but it needed a display setting to be turn on and as soon as i did it (without reading or remember what it was ) the whole ps5 is on a black screen while it looks like its trying to reboot

Everytime I try to go into safe made, I hear the 3 beeps. But when I turn it back on it says restoring system storage then just goes to the profile log ins.

Don't wait for the 3rd beep. You let go of the power button after the second beep

My hdmi port doesn't respond no signal, changed the port , cable. No change . Even i can't reach safe mode
