The fact that the PSP3 won't be able to play PS5 games natively this far into the life cycle is a huge problem. Especially when it won't release for a few years. If that's true I don't even want it. So Sony better step it up and make it so it can play PS5 games natively.

It’ll play those PS5 games but they need to be patched in some form. The switch example has two modes, docked and undocked and differing performance are there, this handheld needs something like that but developers would need to support it 😅 Unless Sony figures out someway to downscale a lot of games for handheld mode 🤔

I would get a Steam Deck to play PS5 games on the go, since Sony even released some games on PC for example God of War, The Last of Us, and Ghost of Tsushima. But beware some games have issues working on the Steam Deck.

If they make another PSP, I’m gonna need some cool exclusives in order to buy that thing. Otherwise it’s the same thing as the PlayStation portal. Why would I play the same God of war or ratchet and clank that I could just play on the TV? I don’t want this to be another console where they resell us games we’ve already played and bought. PSP was one of my favorite handheld ever, and I really hope that PlayStation takes advantage of the growing handheld market and makes some bangers.
