Thanks for the overview! The problem with this design is that the buttons are fixed in that circular position. Its not very adaptable, which is pretty necessary for someone with limited mobility/strength.

I’m glad Sony is entering into the accessibility space. But looking at your intro where you demonstrate playing, it looks like you would need to hold a lot of tension in your arms to keep your fingers raised. It also looks really difficult to know where the keys would be without looking down.

can we connect ps5 access controller to xbox adaptive controller as a joystick through usb port

I don't think it will be compatible with the Xbox Adaptive Controller via the USB port, it likely won't be recognized by the XAC.
