I sadly started playing a while after the servers died, but honestly this game is really fun and i actually really liked the specials mechanic, so if they make a sequel i think they should keep that, and make it more balanced Plus, Sony has even more characters they can use now, so outside of Crash and stuff and they can add newer characters like Joel from the last of us for example

Same I mean it is possible, there were rumors months ago about how there is a possibility for a sequel as a launch title which would be pretty rad!

The reason why there's a lack in great characters in the roster first let me start with the characters the devs tried to get cloud strife before but square Enix refused and said that they can have lightning instead also they tried getting tombi/tomba and Devs of Tombi/Tomba was more than happy to have him in the game but santa monica refused idk why they also tried getting abe from oddworld and Dart from legend of the dragoon as a DLC along with 4 DLC characters that we have already but sony didn't let them do it so abe was fully removed but one of the dev's Members showed us A FULL DART MODEL 100% COMPLETE fans were going crazy i can tell you that but he said since sony shut them down and there was this campaign by fans simply called "#releaseDart" but even after that still sony didn't change their mind try search in youtube to get the full story

Smash has a few franchises they represent, in terms of their own OWN ROSTER. Like Pokemon, Mario, Fire Emblem, Kirby, Starfox, Having the third parties is what makes the game great. Having Cloud, Joker, Ryu, Snake, Terry in Smash is incredible, knowing that those are all PlayStation AllStars.

A PlayStation AllStars Sequel is my DREAM GAME. I have belief that it can happen and I know if Sony trusts Capcom, Naughty Dog, Insomniac or something like that to do it, the cit can be great. I like the game, but I believe it can be even greater, it can have more ways to play, (like instead of just the supers, maybe have health bars) include more characters, more game modes (Adventure mode? Cut scenes?)

Superbot was going to add Dart (Legend of Dragoon) Abe (Oddworld) Jin (Tekken) and Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden) at least thats what I heard that they planned. If only they did 😢

I think if they waited an extra year to make PlayStation AllStars. They would have probably done better. The roster would have probably had REAL Dante, and Snake. So they would promote the new game that didn’t do so well. Plus waiting extra time would have probably given the game a chance to finish the other features that they planned on adding to it. Sony decided than Superbot was taking too long so they cut a lot of content from the game 😢 they could have had a bigger roster too. So bigger roster, more content, and real dante. I love the game just as much ad smash. So I would definitely get AllStars 2 if it happens

No red instead how about you compare everyone to sir daniel fortesque poor guy what once was a loveable and strong character has been reduced to an average joe level like big daddy is slow but he hits like a truck rauden is fast but chips damage but sir daniel on the other he has useless moves and even speed and his charge attack are slow and not very reawrding and it's hard with the tedious AP gathering and his super 1 move OH HIS SUPER 1 MOVE it's very thin and it takes a long time and it shoots upward seriously how more situational can his move get and you try and try to charge your AP only for it to get wasted by that move his fighting style doesn't belong in the game and now he's left laying down dead in his grave i really hope they make him a better yet balanced fighter in the sequel if it's gonna come out also i want a sequel so bad
