I have the Gamesir X2 Pro and I gotta say it works really well: cut the rubber off around the usbc and it works with a case.

Had mine delivered today from ali express £62 delivered to the UK. To say im impressed is an understatement. Playing rust tonite with my oppo x5 phone and it works like a dream, I almost forgot the screen is my phone, it plays like its one unit. Not only that it works with my ps5 etc. I was considering a portal but was off lut by the price and that I wouldn't beable to use it with all my consoles.

Depending on what device you got you could do emulations up to ns too. I would say G8 fits my needs. Sony should up their games in handheld department, the market is oversaturated with good options. That proprietary buds if you want wireless audio is scummy.

biggest downside imo to remote play is it doesnt really work well enough on anything. ive tried it since ps3 days and always lagging or latency issue. portal is def not perfect BUT with my usage at least it has been the best experience using remote play. i like the idea that they could support this product with updates unlike all the other devices. Now will playstation do it? who knows

im not a PS fan. but KZbinrs keep repeating this is less than half the cost, but then also say a better screen is disingenuous. bcuz it doesnt have a screen. it should be cheaper. and bcuz it doesnt have a screen saying the screen is better doesnt make sense.

I feel like this is leaps beyond the portal. Especially since i tend to turn all vibration off so I'm not missing much in that area. Being able to use the same controller for my retro stuff, Android, and remote play for both Playstationand Xbox is just really nice. And i have the galaxy 23 as well so the screen is amazing. Plus just using the phone means not needing such a large extra device that serves one purpose for only one console AND requires the wifi.

I have Gamesir G8 Galileo (moded),I'm using with Samsung tab S6 for PS remote play on PS4 and PS5,it's ok, but I still prefer Ps portal on PS5,I'm PS player and for me Ps remote play is the best with ps controller with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, same feeling like dual sense and this is great!

Why is it that there are no real good controllers made for tablets. Everything is made for phones and tablet people have to modify good controllers to get them to fit.

Alot of people are modding the G8 for tablets, apparently it's not that hard to mod it. But yeah it's weird they aren't making them able to extend a few more inches

Headphone jack not working on s23 ultra

I don't have a way of testing out the s23 as I have an S22 Ultra. That being said, I never used the 3 and 1/2 mm headphone jack, I used my Bluetooth raycons

Rather stick to the portal as you have the haptic feedback and the trigger effects and the amazing screen

The rumble and triggers did bother me a bit, but my S22 Ultra has a better screen than the Portal, just smaller.

@@RoXolid each to their own, the portal screen is pretty epic it actually looks oled besides ones under $200 and the phone is over $1000 then the accessory. If you own a good phone already it’s worth it but You also do have a trade off on the size it’s much smaller. Some may like that some may not. The portal is just a dual sense which is one of the best controllers out there
