Cool! I'm working in something similar! It's called "Micro Battles: Muskets". Twopage rules for napoleonics using 2x2cm units :D

I'm here for all your wargaming stuff! I quite like the game, although not a huge fan of straight up napoleonics (but honestly, haven't given the era a proper try). I wonder if adding traits similar to project10 would really kick this game in a high gear for me. Anyway, bunch of cool ideas here, especially the shoot on enemy turn mechanic and I'm always a fan of no hit points, so the mechanic of keeping a smoke counter either next or on the unit makes for a good solution in my book.

Glad you're enjoying it! I did try having a similar "no HP" system for Project 10 but it didn't quite work for what I wanted out of that game.
