A really good game, thanks for covering these! Also worth noting that there are some expansions for this game that add some more variation and some difficulty. Though I have plenty of fun with the base game.

This is one of my favorites from the contest. Though I haven't played with the latest change with going clockwise instead of counterclockwise. Though I doubt it makes any difference. As a mancala player it feels weird to go clockwise.

I agree about it feeling a little weird. However, the #1 overwhelming feedback I get about the game is that clockwise seed placement is more intuitive (I assume many of these players haven't played Mancala before or very rarely compared to games that use clockwise direction). The original Mancala direction of counterclockwise is still a game variant for those that want to use it. Like you said, the direction doesn't really affect gameplay.
