I found the solution. You have to enable anonymous connection in codesys. Valentin himself explains this in a class video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZeXaJuirrCFoqM

Really sorry about that, it seems that Google flagged the file as being infected - but it's not. I suppose it is because I left the file with the .exe extension instead of putting it in an archive. I verified the downloaded file with 2 antiviruses (Kaspersky on my pc and Eset online) and it is ok. If you cannot download it by pressing "Download infected file" please provide an email address and I'll send it to you as an archive. Do you have same problem for 3D models link (the other link in video description)?
