it would be cool if also the races of hero had no impact then. so paladin can heal undead heroes, etc.

Yeah sounds good, maybe add synergy between certain heros and units for more spells and upgrades.

There would be utterly broken combos, like Mk, DK + BM or 3rd nuker. Or MK+ TC for enormous instant aoe or stun lock. Or BM + alchemist + DH for insane dps. The heroes are spread across factions in order to not have excessive stacking of roles.

If you watch when oppo came into base with relatively same number of footies to HH. At that point it was all about movement of the footies to HH. Watch and see. Looks so easy, for some it is. But that was a nice clear snapshot.

They should do random units, Example barracks could be grunts, Hh or cats, obviously at random.

I've seen this gamemode played a few times recently and I think one nice change would be: FIRST hero is NEVER from your own faction or the tavern. *Edit* :For SECOND/THIRD anything goes.

As bogus as Ring +4 and Claws +4 being a thing side by side is... I kinda like it. I always go TC 2nd or 3rd and always want him as tanky as I csn get him. An easy 4 armor is a big buff to TC, MK and DK.

Man... once upon a time we had Claws +6 next to Ring +2. Now its 4 and 4. Claws suck and the tanks are at their tankiest. Mana is in shorter supply so healing and spell damage are both in shorter supply. That's quite a power shift from dps heros to strength heros. Better to keep appropriate +3s, at least at first, and stack Rings(except of inferiority, sell that +1 crap) sell Claws, buy Circlets, Orbs and +6 items, and consumables of course. The new +3 +3 +3 is pretty ok for the drop level. All the +3s in just one item slot. Tripple +6 for two item slots isn't bad, especially compared to just +8 dmg from double claws4.

That gave an idea for challenge: playing with random org or any other randomizer in background and the next unit you must buy must be randomized. Randomization range should increase with range of available unit types, and there should be some obligation to rush access to all unit types becoming available

Hi Grubby, can you kindly always set your color to blue and your enemy to red in a 1vs1? it honestly would make it easier for everyone to follow and get used to since it will always be the same. Seeing you be red and enemy as blue can get a little confusing at times. thank you!
